Album

A versatile singer and an eclectic guitarist have met to honour the Neapolitan culture. An original songwriting that escapes from the traditional patterns, something in which swing leaves room to African and Latin American rhythms, where Mediterranean melodies encounter Middle-eastern textures giving birth to a dense ensemble of sound shades.

Just like that, the album Ti porto a Napoli is born also thanks to the participation of some musicians of the Maestro Paolo Conte Orchestra : Luca Enipeo guitars, Massimo Pitzianti accordion, bandoneon, piano, clarinet and sax, Daniele Di Gregorio marimba, Piergiorgio Rosso violin, Francesca Gosio cello, Claudio Chiara sax e Jino Touche al double bass.

They also take part some eminent interpreters and songwriters belonging to the Neapolitan scenario: Elisabetta Serio piano (Pino Daniele), Dario Franco double bass (Enzo Gragnaniello), Piero de Asmundis piano (Daniele Sepe), Luigi Casa drums (Batà Ngoma), and the vocal excellences of: Gianni Lamagna (Nuova Compagnia di Canto Popolare), Brunella Selo (Roberto De Simone), Fabiana Martone (Nu Genea), Annalisa Madonna (Gatos Do Mar). The guests: Cosimo Morleo also as an interpreter e Yassin El Mahi percussions (Franco Battiato, Antonella Ruggero) and the singing of Youssef Jrifi as international guests.

The songs are signed by Sabrina Pallini, Luca Enipeo, Jino Touche, Brunella Selo, Pasquale Fama, Cosimo Morleo and Pasquale Porciello.

Ti porto a Napoli is also a book that tells the story of such vibrant city through the curious and enamoured look of Sabrina Pallini.
